This DVD takes sales managers and controllers through some of the key criteria of enquiry generation and transaction profitability
Controlling Profit − This film shows how the involvement of the sales manager or controller can help sales personnel get to a "deal" with their customer, when the value of the part-exchange is a bone of contention.

It illustrates that with management involved, the profit objectives of the sales department can be met.

The style of the controllers is mildly contentious (to illustrate the concepts in a meaningful way) and it may be appropriate that a more affable approach is taken.
